You Dream It. We Build It.
Our Favourite Projects
Perthshire.
The Shieling was a C listed ruin that was listed on the "At Risk" buildings register. The property was painstakingly taken back to the core and rebuilt with traditionally sympathetic materials, mixed with a contemporary internal design.

Slateford.
Harrison Road was a tired one bedroom flat in the popular Slateford area of Edinburgh. The property was converted into a two bedroom flat by moving the kitchen into the internal boxroom.

Leith.
North Junction Street was a neglected one bedroom flat in the popular Leith area of Edinburgh. The property was taken back to the brick and completely renovated, including adding an ensuite shower room.

Our Current Projects
South Queensferry.
The famous "Ravenous Beastie" café and B&B is being fully renovated into six boutique holiday let studios.

Meigle.
Meigle Steadings is a beautiful stone building that has fallen into major disrepair. The B-listed structure is located in the Perthshire town of Meigle and is thought to have been built in the 18th century for a local landowner. This development will consist of three high end family homes.

Corstorphine.
Caroline Terrace was purchased as a tired semi detached bungalow, with a dated rear extension. We are completely refurbing this property into a 3 level modern family home, with 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuites and family bathroom, then a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen area with
bi-fold doors leading to the landscaped rear gardens.

Strathblane.
The Aros plots are located in the exclusive village of Strathblane, on the banks of a private lake. This private development will consist of four luxury detached family homes.
