This traditional property dating from the late 1800's was acquired as a two storey commercial unit with planning permission to convert into four one bedroom apartments. The full conversion was completed over six months and sold as a buy to let investment.

Tylers Acre

This two bedroom terraced house was purchased with planning permission for an extension and third bedroom, along with a full renovation. This project was completed in twelve weeks.

Jarvey Street

This commercial property was acquired as a two storey office suite with planning permission to convert into three one bedroom apartments. The full conversion was completed over sixteen weeks and then handed over to a letting agent for marketing.

Buccleuch Terrace

This top floor flat was purchased requiring a full internal renovation. The aim was to modernise but keep the traditional feel of the property.

Queens Park Avenue

This two bedroom property was purchased off market and required a full renovation including central heating, new bathroom and re-plastered throughout. The work was completed in six weeks and put on the market for rental.
